What's normal, and what we'll fix
Every DeskHaus desk is made by people working with machines, so we'd rather be upfront about what's normal and what we stand behind.

The top face is held to our highest standard. If it arrives with a scratch, chip or blemish you can see while using the desk in normal room light, we'll make it right.

The underside is a handling surface, like the underside of a car. Light marks there are normal and don't affect anything.

The frame can show small specks or rub marks, mostly on the inside and underside. That's a normal part of the finishing process.

Plastic parts like the Wire Snake are injection-molded, so small mold marks, seams and edge marks are part of how they're made.

Check it when it arrives. Look over the top face before you assemble, and email a photo of anything you find to support@desk.haus within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery. Keep the box until you've checked everything. When you assemble, lay the top face-down on the cardboard or a blanket, not a bare floor.

This window covers cosmetic finish only and doesn't change your warranty. Once the desk is in use, everyday scuffs and scratches are normal wear, like on any furniture.
